Do I need the .1 Daily Gratitude Journal to attend?

No. You can attend with a notebook and pen. The journal will help you follow the full method more easily, and you are welcome to learn the framework first.

What if I have tried journaling before and never stuck with it?

The PointOne™ Method was designed for real life, including full schedules, interrupted days, and weeks that do not go according to plan. You do not have to do it perfectly, and you do not have to start over if you miss a day. You return to the next six minutes available to you.

What is the PointOne™ Integration Session?

The PointOne™ Integration Session is a private 30 minute application session with Chandani for the first 10 people who order 2 or more journals by 11:59 pm ET on Monday, June 16. In the session, Chandani will help you map the practice onto your real schedule, responsibilities, pressure points, and current season.
